Health at Home by A.T.M. operates on a private-pay basis. Pricing is individualized and confirmed in writing before services begin.

The information below is provided to help you understand how services are typically structured. It is not a quote.

Cash-Pay Guidance (Snapshot)

Rates may vary based on acuity, frequency, scheduling, and distance. Final pricing is always confirmed in writing after your request is reviewed.

Core Visit Types

Companion Care (Non-Medical)

• Example: $38/hour
• 2-hour minimum per visit
• Social connection, routine reminders, and light home support

Medical Companion (Non-Medical Role)

• Example: $42/hour
• 3-hour minimum recommended for post-operative or urology-focused support
• Focus on comfort, hydration, safety, and routine follow-through
• Does not replace licensed nursing care

Personal Assistant / Home-Management Support

• Example: $40/hour
• 2-hour minimum per visit
• Scheduling, coordination, organization, and household logistics

Specialty & Add-On Support

PTNS Support & Aftercare

• Example add-on: +$25 per visit
• May be paired with Companion or Medical Companion visits
• Focus on comfort, hydration reminders, and tolerance observation as directed by your provider
• Medical-adjacent only; does not replace licensed nursing care

Medication Routine Support

• Included in most Medical Companion visits
• May be structured as a short-visit check-in for established clients
• Focus on reminders, pill-box organization, and calm oversight while clients self-administer medications as prescribed

Laundry & Linen Care

• Example: $30 flat for up to 2 loads
• +$4–$6 per additional load, depending on needs
• May be bundled into Personal Assistant or Concierge visit blocks
• Detergent and supplies may be billed separately if provided

Urinary Output Monitoring (Non-Medical)

• Often included within Medical Companion visits
• Additional fee may apply when frequent or intensive tracking is requested
• Always performed under the direction of the treating provider’s plan of care

Concierge & Alumni Options

Concierge Companion & Personal Assistant Packages

• May be structured as a flat-fee or monthly retainer
• Blends companion care, personal assistant support, and light home-management
• Ideal for clients with ongoing, predictable needs or frequent travel

Alumni Companion Program

• Reduced-frequency check-ins for long-term or returning clients
• May be billed at a slightly lower hourly rate or packaged monthly
• Focused on safety checks, routine reinforcement, and comfort

Travel & After-Hours Considerations

• Travel fees may apply based on distance and parking
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may carry a premium rate
• All such details are discussed clearly before services begin
